Originally formed in October 1993 as Habit, Martin, Mog, Dave and Pete renamed the band as Straw early the next year. Since then they have steadily built a good reputation on and off campus with their 'Acoustic/Indie/Rock' sound.
With several albums worth of material written in their time together, Straw are always as raring to get into the studio as onto stage.
Plans are currently afoot for recording their debut album this year.
